This customer contacted us to set up a new R&D Facility and develop a new product portfolio.
Client’s Request(s):
The client asked us to manage all aspects of their development of a new electrosurgical system.
Project Actions:
In addition to the services listed above, we managed the development and manufacturing in 5 distinct locations within the US and Mexico, supporting remotely or on-site as required.
Outcome:

Establishment of a new R&D Center in San Mateo, CA
Development of a fully-functional prototype and appearance model
As a result of our expertise and collaboration, this product portfolio has now achieved a 510(k) clearance and market launch.
